Cultural Activities
TAMA organizes events to commemorate Sankranti (Pongal), Ugadi (Telugu New Year Day) and Diwali on the closest weekend before or after the exact date. Watch out for announcement of date and venue on this website few days prior to the event.
Usually the events have competitions for children of all ages called KidsFest, a social hour to interact with other members of community, a cultural program followed by dinner. Cultural programs have dances, skits, plays, singing, mimicry, etc.

Besides these regular events, TAMA also organizes several other events like musical nights, fund-raising programs which are announced through emails and on website for your convenience.
Can I participate ?
Anyone (whether member or not) can organize, participate, coordinate and volunteer an item. All that you have to do is to contact cultural coordinator well in advance, discuss your item and level of participate or help. There is no age restrictions... any one above 3 years can participate in programs.
Suggest a program...
You can suggest a variety of program to the Cultural Coordinator if you have the right resources, abilities or talent to organize the item. TAMA always looks forward to new talent to join the organizers and improve the quality of programs.
Become a volunteer ...
If you are above 15 years of age and have enthusiasm to help TAMA you can join us as a Volunteer. Just let us know your interest by an email and we will talk to you and give your an assignment of your choice. Areas you can volunteer are KidsFest, cultural activities, prize distribution, help in seating members, membership area, sales of literary and other items, help at dinner selling tickets or serving food... there are lots of things you can do.
